LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected appeal against appointment of Ishaq Dar as Deputy Prime Minister (DPM). A two members bench of LHC presided over by justice Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal announced the reserved judgment. The court has upheld single bench decision on rejection of petition. Lady Ashba Kamran had filed intra court appeal against the decision of single bench decision. It was said by the petitioner that there is no post of DPM in the constitution. Prime Minister (PM) appointed Ishaq Dar DPM illegally. LHC should declare the appointment of Ishaq Dar as DPM null and void. Online
