Justice Tariq Jahangiri degree case
KARACHI: Justice Agha Faisal of Sindh High Court (SHC) has recused himself from hearing degree case in respect of justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri of Islamabad High Court (IHC). Justice Agha Faisal has returned the case. Justice Agha Faisal made it clear Tuesday that this case is not included in his roster, therefore, he cannot hear this case. The court directed the case be fixed for hearing before the respective bench. The court while extending stay order in the case stopped from initiating any further proceedings in the case. . It is pertinent to mention here this case relates to education degree of Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri. SHC was approached for initiating legal proceedings in the matter. ONLINE
