ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to remove name of Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder from No fly list. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro announced the decision on petition filed by Aleema Khan. Counsel advocate Ali Bukhari, Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry and Niaz Ullah Niazi appeared in the court. The court while ordering to remove name of Aleema Khan from Passport control list and Provisional National Identification List (PNIL) ordered Aleema Khan to resort to trial court for going abroad.
