PESHAWAR: Director General Information Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ansarullah Khilji praised the vital role of regional journalists and press clubs, acknowledging their dedication despite challenging circumstances. Speaking during a meeting with a delegation from the Takht Bhai Press Club (registered), Khilji assured that the provincial government is actively addressing their issues. He highlighted the ongoing phased registration of press clubs at the tehsil level and confirmed that registered clubs receive annual grants to support their financial stability. DG information KP also promised to resolve complaints related to the Information Department and provide necessary facilities to help journalists perform their duties effectively. The delegation included Press Club President Muslim Khan Sabir, Joint Secretary Javed Alam Mohmand, Finance Secretary Muhammad Shahid, senior journalist Izzat Muhammad Khpalwak, and Ibrahim Syed Yousafzai.
