Alleged fraud case
ISLAMABAD: Special Central Judge Islamabad has dismissed the bail of a male employee and a female in alleged fraud case. The bail pleas came up for hearing before judge central FIA Hummayun Dilawar in alleged fraud case pertaining to Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Tuesday. FIA arrested accused Patwari Zakir Hussain from court while the woman accused Uzma Batool escaped from court. Accused Zakir Hussain was appointed as patwari in FGEHA. The accused is charged with making entry of fake co-0wners in supplementary award of G 14/3. Plots were allotted to irrelevant people by misusing the powers and the rights of real owners were affected due to alleged forgery. Online
