LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected PTI founder Imran Khan petition for clubbing all the cases against him being not contested. Petition filed by Imran Khan for clubbing all cases against him came up for hearing in LHC Wednesday. No lawyer from Imran Khan appeared in the court. The court inquired from counsel of Punjab government how many cases are registered against the petitioner. The counsel for Punjab government told the court 107 cases are registered against the petitioner. No counsel from Imran Khan side appeared during the hearing of the case before Chief Justice (CJ) LHC Aalia Neelum. The court dismissed the petition being not persuaded. It is pertinent to mention here that petition was filed by Imran Khan in 2023 taking the plea that all the cases which are registered against him in all the cities of Punjab be clubbed.
