Court orders for arresting, presenting KP CM

ISLAMABAD
Court in federal capital has ordered to arrest Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi due to his continuous absence and present him before it. The case of leveling misleading allegations against state institutions and damaging their reputation is running in Islamabad court.
The court issued non bailable arrest warrants due to his persistent absence. Senior civil judge Abbas Shah heard the case registered against Sohail Afridi.
The court ordered to arrest and present Sohail Afridi before it. The hearing of the case was adjourned till January 17.
NCCIA has registered case against KP CM under PEECA act.
