DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry held a special session with faculty members and students of Islamia University Bahawalpur, as well as various religious schools and educational institutions.
The DG ISPR paid tribute to the people of Bahawalpur for their services to Pakistan Movement and the stability of Pakistan.
The session focused on national and regional security, the Pakistan Army’s role in national security, and Operation Bunyanun Marsoos.
The session covered topics such as the threats posed by external propaganda, including the Indian-backed movements, and the importance of media literacy to protect the youth from negative narratives
The Vice Chancellor of Islamia University praised the session’s detailed insights into national security and Pakistan’s objectives. Participants emphasized the importance of media literacy in safeguarding the youth’s awareness and opinions.
The participants paid tribute to the Army for standing with the nation in every difficulty.
