LAHORE
Petitions against Kit Flying Act -2025 have been fixed for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC).
Justice Awais Khalid will hear these petitions on January 26.
The court has already sought detailed report from Punjab government in this respect.
The petitions have been filed by Sheikh Imtiaz and others. The petitioners have taken the plea kite flying act is illegal.
The petitioners have requested the court to declare kit flying act null and void.
