Court issues non bailable arrest warrants of KP CM

Senior civil judge orders law enforcement authorities to ensure KP chief minister production before court
ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has issued non bailable arrest warrants of KP Chief Minister (CM) Sohail Afridi in the case of leveling misleading allegations against the state institutions and damaging their credibility.
Non bailable arrest warrants have been issued on non appearance of KP CM in the court.
The court has ordered to arrest and present Sohail Afridi.
Senior civil judge Abbas Shah took up the case for hearing against Sohail Afridi Wednesday. The court adjourned further hearing of the case till February 10.
It is pertinent to mention here NCCIA has registered case against Sohail Afridi under PECA act.
