ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice on the petition seeking court’s orders for shifting Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital for treatment. IHC issued notice to District Election Commissioner Islamabad and sought reply from him. It has been asked in the report sought from superintendent Adiala jail PTI founder has served how much sentence in Toshakhana criminal case. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro issued written order. In written order three objections were removed and two were maintained on Imran Khan petition. IHC issued notice to Additional Attorney General (AAG) and advocate general in regard to two objections. IHC directed registrar office to mark number on miscellaneous petition and fix it with central appeal. Registrar office should prepare paper book of appeals before March 10. Online
