National Minorities Day
PESHAWAR: On the occasion of National Minorities Day, a delegation representing diverse minority communities visited the Frontier Corps Headquarters at the historic Bala Hisar Fort in Peshawar, where they met with Major General Rao Imran Sartaj, Inspector General of Frontier Corps KP North. During the visit, the delegation laid a floral wreath at the Martyrs’ Memorial (Yadgar-e-Shuhada) and offered prayers. The delegation also toured the historic Bala Hisar Museum, gaining insights into the rich history and culture of the Frontier Corps. Addressing the delegation, IGFC KP North commended the vital role played by minority communities in the progress and prosperity of Pakistan. He offered his best wishes to the communities. To mark the occasion, a cake-cutting ceremony was held, accompanied by special prayers for the security, stability, and solidarity of the nation. APP
