A cake cutting ceremony was organized by Leaders Media Network on the occasion of Youm-e-Takbir to pay tribute to former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Mohsin-e-Pakistan Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan. Senior journalists participated in it.
Founding President (LMN) Usman Ghani said that the way Field Marshal Asim Munir crushed the enemy’s ambitions on the battlefield is a golden chapter in Pakistan’s defense history. Thanks to nuclear technology, today we are victorious over the enemy. India’s media is Modi’s media, while Pakistan’s journalist community deserves congratulations for always supporting the truth and justice.
Chairman Syed Ali Bukhari said that Pakistan’s armed forces told the world that we are a nuclear power and a united nation, on May 10. Pakistan’s brilliant victory in the Indo-Pak war has doubled the importance of Youm-e-Takbir.
General Secretary Syed Musawar Ali Zanjani expressed solidarity with Pakistan and recited a poem: We breathe our breath in your name, O homeland, we salute your greatness.
Dr. Mustafa Kamal said that journalists protect the ideological borders of their country just as soldiers protect the borders. Vice President Muhammad Naseerul Haq Hashmi said that Pakistan has become invincible today thanks to the Pakistani army and nuclear technology.
Ali Irfan Javed said that on May 28, 1998, Pakistan forever thwarted the enemy’s evil intentions through nuclear explosions. On this occasion, senior journalist Ali Irfan Javed was paid tribute in great words for his journalistic services.
Finally, Secretary Information Mehr Abdul Rauf prayed for the security, progress and prosperity of the country and the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and benefactors.
