The accused persons in Kohistan financial scandal have been handed over to NAB on seven days further physical remand.
As per media reports 2 accused arrested in upper Kohistan financial scandal were presented in Accountability Court (AC).
NAB senior prosecutor, Habib Ullah Beg and investigation officer too appeared in the court.
Hamid Mughal judge of AC handed over both of the accused to NAB on 7 days further physical remand.
During the hearing of the case the investigation officer told the court the accused Gulzada is owner of a private construction company. Transaction of Rs 251.8 million has been made in the bank account of the accused.
The second accused Nawabzada is contractor . Transaction of Rs 180 million has been made in his bank account. The accused persons have made more revelations during the investigation of the case. Due to it further remand in respect of both of them is required. Therefore they be handed over on further physical remand.
