ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has sent accused Omar Hayat arrested in tik toker Sana Yousuf murder case to jail on 14 days judicial remand. Judicial magistrate Ahmad Shahzad Gondal took up for hearing tik toker Sana Yousuf murder case Wednesday. Main accused Omar Hayat was taken to court under stringent security measures by covering his face. Police requested the court for physical remand and identification of the accused. Soon after commencement of hearing duty magistrate expressed resentment over non presence of prosecutors saying where is prosecutor of my court.
They don’t come other days but today they all have come.
He directed that district prosecutor be summoned forthwith in court room.
Duty prosecutor told the court the respective prosecutor is on leave.
The magistrate said in categorical terms , case will not move forward unless district prosecutor comes.
Magistrate announced interval during the hearing due to non presence of prosecutor in the court.
Later hearing of the case was completed after short interval and the court issued written order.
Duty magistrate while accepting plea of investigation officer sent the accused Omar Hayat to jail on 14 days judicial remand for identification parade.
The court issued the order the superintendent Adiala jail should not arrange meeting of accused with any one during his identification parade.
Police was directed to file identification parade report in the court before June 18.
