ISLAMABAD: Petition has been filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against acquittal of Shanzay Malik daughter of Supreme Court (SC) judge Shahzad Malik. The plaintiff has filed appeal plea against the decision of judicial magistrate in IHC Judicial magistrate had given the decision of acquittal of Shanzay Malik daughter of Justice Shahzad Malik on February 25. The petitioner through his petition has prayed IHC to nullify decision of judicial magistrate. The court has been requested to direct the trial court to conduct trial against Shanzay Malik as per law. The petitioner has taken plea in the petition that it seems from court’s decision that decision on the matter has not been given as per law and constitution. Plaintiff of the case has not been heard fully nor has any opportunity been given this way to him to state his stance. Requirements of transparent trial have not been met. Therefore, it is requested to court to nullify the decision and whatever relief can be given as per law and constitution be given. Shanzay Malik is charged with killing a citizen in accident. ONLINE
