Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Minister for Higher Education, Meena Khan Afridi, has instructed the Higher Education Department (HED) to expedite the implementation of the e-transfer system for college postings and transfers.
The system aims to ensure transparency and merit in the process, with no postings or transfers allowed until it is completed. Afridi emphasized that the e-transfer system would significantly improve the fairness of these processes.
