Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has declared Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur and Umar Tanvir Butt proclaimed offender in the case of protest following disqualification of Imran Khan. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 15. The case registered against PTI leaders in police station I-9 Islamabad in 2022 over staging protest against disqualification of PTI founder came up for hearing in ATC Islamabad led by judge Tahir Abbas Wednesday. PTI leaders Faisal Javed and Wasiq Qayyum appeared in the court.
The court declared Ali Amin Gandapur and Umar Tanvir Butt proclaimed offender.
The process for declaring Aamir Kiyani proclaimed offender was started.
Petition seeking removal of terror clauses from the case was filed by Faisal Javed during the hearing of the case.
The court while issuing arrest warrants of absenting accused adjourned the hearing of the case till January 15.
