Toshakhana-2 case

Special judge Central Shah Rukh Arjumand has recorded statement of another FIA witness against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in new Toshakhana-2 case in the matter of acquiring precious Bulgari jewelry set from Toshakhana by the accused. .
The hearing of the case was adjourned till January 10 due to non-availability of Suleman Safdar counsel for the accused.
Former chairman PTI was presented in the court. Bushra Bibi too appeared in the court in Adiala jail.
Associate lawyers of Suleman Safdar requested the court to adjourn the hearing.
Prosecution while objecting over it took the plea that the court proceedings is being prolonged deliberately through repeated requests for adjournment .
However prosecution witness Talat Mehmood recorded his statement. More two witnesses Kaisar Mehmood and Muhammad Shafqat will record their statements on next hearing. So far statements of 5 witnesses have been recorded.
The lawyers of the accused have completed cross examination of 3 prosecution witnesses.
