Avenfield, Al-azizia references
ISLAMABAD
Accountability Court (AC) has suspended permanent arrest warrants of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz , sons of Nawaz Sharif in NAB references of Avenfield, flagship and Al-azizia. The judge of AC Nasir Javed Rana while announcing reserved judgment suspended the permanent arrest warrants of the accused till March 14. Qazi Misbah ul Hassan and Rana Irfan advocate counsels for Hassan and Hussain Nawaz appeared in the court.
Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz had approached the court for suspension of their arrest warrants.
Hassan and Hussain Nawaz had filed petition in NAB references related to Avenfield, Flagship and Al-Azizia.
AC had declared both of the accused proclaimed offenders seven years back.
