Arshad Ayub Khan inaugurates tubewell scheme in Pind Munim and construction of roads and streets in village Jab at KhanPur.
Provincial Minister of Irrigation Arshad Ayub Khan has said that before our rule, Upper Khanpur area was very backward, now this land is being sold at the price of gold. In the same way, work has been done in sector of electricity, water, education, health and other sectors, thus showing a lot of difference between the past and the present.
He expressed these views on the occasion of inaugurating the tube well in Pind Munim built with amount of rupees five million and the construction of roads and streets in village Jab with amount of rupees five millions .
On this occasion, former federal minister Umar Ayub Khan, leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf and former provincial minister Yousaf Ayub Khan and local people were present.
The speakers said in their speeches that in these four years there is no such village in Upper Khanpur where roads have not been constructed and primary, middle high and higher secondary schools have been established.He said earlier before their rule, there was no girl college in the entire Khanpur tehsil.
