RAWALPINDI
Judge Amjid Ali Shah of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has provided copies of GHQ attack case to PTI founder Imran Khan but the copies could not be provided to former foreign minister Shah Mehmood being in Lahore jail.
These copies will be distributed among the remaining accused.
The copies of case have been provided to 102 accused including former chairman PTI in Adiala jail. The copies have already been provided to Umar Ayub, Zartaj Gul, Raja Basharat, Sadaqat Abbasi, Raja Rashid Hafeez, Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi, Sheikh Rashid and Col (Retd) Ajmal Sabir.
The copies of case have yet to be provided to 23 accused persons.
All the accused will be indicted after distribution of copies of case among them.
All the accused will be indicted on November 8.
