Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has strongly condemned the deadly blast in Bannu which claimed multiple lives and left several injured. In a statement issued here on Tuesday, expressing deep sorrow over the tragic loss of human lives, Gandapur extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyrs. The Chief Minister has directed senior police officials to submit a detailed report on the incident. He also offered prayers for the elevation of ranks for the martyrs and patience for their grieving families.
Additionally, he wished a swift recovery for those injured in the attack.

CM-KP has instructed the district administration to ensure the timely treatment of the wounded. He termed such violent acts, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, as highly condemnable and deeply regrettable.

Meanwhile, neither the local government nor the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has issued an official statement regarding the attack.

However, reports suggest that a group of terrorists launched an assault on the Bannu Cantonment. Security forces have retaliated against the attack and are currently investigating the incident as authorities work to restore order in the affected area.
