PESHAWAR
A motorbike polio awareness rally held on Thursday to promote the importance of vaccination against polio.
The rally, which began near the Emergency Response Unit (ERU) at Maulvi G Hospital and concluded at the Peshawar Press Club (PPC), featured over 40 bikers carrying banners and raising slogans urging parents to vaccinate their children during every anti-polio campaign.
President Rotary Club Peshawar South, Sarir Ahmed Malik, Assistant Commissioner Peshawar Cantt, and CDG Abdul Rauf Rohilla attended the event.
Addressing the participants, Malik emphasized the need for collective action to eradicate polio, stating that “polio drops are essential for the health and future of our children.”
The rally concluded with participants reaffirming their commitment to making Pakistan polio-free.
