suspension of sentence in £190m case

Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder Imran Khan while filing petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking suspension of sentence in 190 Million pounds case has requested the court for early hearing of the case.
Bushra Bibi while making request for early hearing of her petition took the plea that case regarding suspension of sentence was fixed for hearing on March 25. Chief counsel was pre-occupied in Supreme Court in a murder case. The court adjourned hearing of petitions regarding suspension in sentence until after Eid due to brief cause list.
Bushra Bibi further said in the petition that the petitioner is 54 years old house wife. The petition related to suspension of sentence be fixed for hearing along with central appeal until after Eid.
It is pertinent to mention here Bushra Bibi has made federation and chairman NAB respondents in the petition.
