To deal with the current security situation, a high-level meeting was held in the police lines under the chair of CCPO Muhammad Ijaz Khan.
SSP Coordination Zahoor Babar Afridi, SSP Operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi, SSP Investigation Shahzad Kokab Farooq, Commandant Campus Tajamal Khan, SP Headquarters Rahim Hussain, SP Security Atiq Shah, Divisional SPs and SDPOs participated in the meeting.
In view of the current situation in the country, the CCPO emphasised on taking measures to make the security arrangements more effective. Muhammad Ijaz Khan said that all government properties, important buildings and sensitive places should be re-audited. He said that any kind of negligence will not be tolerated.
CCPO Muhammad Ijaz Khan said that human intelligence including information-based targeted search and strike operations, snap checking, special blockades should be activated to maintain law and order and teamwork for the protection of lives and property of citizens. He also instructed to make the coordination with each other more integrated.
