ISLAMABAD. (INP): The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has cancelled look after charge of two Assistant Directors of Building Control Section.
Human Resource Development Directorate has issued Office Orders directing both Assistant Directors of Building Control Section to work as Inspectors after cancellation of their look after charge.
Muhammad Sohail and Muhammad ArifJamil both Inspectors, Building Control Section (BPS 16) were given look after charge of Assistant Directors (BPS-17) by Directorate itself.
Through the subject office orders it has been conveyed that assigning charge of higher post without concurrence of the competent authority without due processing of Human Resource Development Directorate is a glare violation of CDA Employees Service Regulations, 1992 and bears no administrative standing.
The Authority has already issued a circular for withdrawn all such charges. Look after charge of Mr. Muhammad Ayub, Assistant Director, BCS-I as Deputy Director, BCS-I and Mr. Khalid Khokhar, Assistant Director-III-, BCS-I as Deputy Director BCS-III has already been withdrawn by Human Resource Development Directorate of Capital Development Authority.
Member Administration CDA, Muhammad YasirPeerzada said that the present administration is in process to streamline administrative affairs. The present administration is trying to discourage violation of rules.
Earlier on February 10, 2017, Human Resources Directorate had issued a circular whereby concern of the competent authority that different formations often issued administrative orders of current and look after charge having no legal force was conveyed to all formations and directorates of CDA and MCI.
Through the subject circular all the formations were directed to discard said practice with instruction to withdraw any such order previously being illegal void ab-anitio. Since the issuance of subject circular look after and current charge for 41 employees of different pay scales have been withdrawn.
Consequent upon the circular of Directorate of Municipal Administration issued the office orders for cancellation of look after and current charge ordered by Directorate itself.
Through the subject office orders all the concerned have been directed to comply with this office order accordingly. Office orders to subject effect have been issue to all the concern officials and other relevant officers of the authority.
