Chairman HEC hails successful conclusion of 6th International Students Convention, Expo

Chairman of the Higher Education Commission, Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar on Saturday congratulated the organizers, the host universities and students on the successful conclusion of the four-day 6th International Students Convention & Expo, terming it a milestone in academic diplomacy and youth engagement.
In a message issued after the conclusion of the event, Dr. Akhtar appreciated the efforts of the organizers and participating institutions for making the convention a vibrant platform for innovation, collaboration and cultural exchange.
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the organizers, participating institutions and students. I particularly appreciate the dedicated efforts and visionary leadership of Mr. Muhammad Murtaza Noor, CEO and Founder of the International Students Convention, whose commitment has transformed this initiative into a significant national platform for youth engagement, academic collaboration and innovation,” he said.
The HEC Chairman also lauded the host and partner universities for their cooperation, adding that the commission would continue supporting initiatives aimed at promoting quality higher education, student empowerment and national development.
The convention was jointly hosted by Quaid-i-Azam University, Riphah International University, Pak-Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology and FAST National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
During the four-day event, more than 34 competitions, innovation and education expos, symposia, cultural showcases and leadership workshops were organized, attracting participants from over 25 countries.
Meanwhile, the management of the International Students Convention and Expo thanked the HEC chairman for his continued support and guidance, saying his vision for internationalization of higher education and student empowerment had helped elevate the convention into a globally recognized academic platform.
