Renowned social and political figure, Chairman of the esteemed Awami Tehreek Pakistan, Sadiq Khan Aduzai, graced the premises of the National Tag Ball Academy nestled within Qayyum Stadium, Peshawar. His visit was marked by a generous gesture towards the aspiring athletes as he not only met with the dedicated players undergoing training but also furnished them with essential kits, extending a promise of further support with additional equipment. Alongside him stood notable figures including Wajahat Ali, Secretary of Pakistan Tagball Association, Akhtar Rasool, Secretary of Merged Tribal Districts Tagball Association, and Rahat Mian, Chairman of Absar Welfare Organization, all warmly welcoming the esteemed guest.
Operated under the vigilant supervision of Pakistan Tagball Federation and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tagball Association, the National Tagball Academy witnesses a daily influx of both male and female players, among whom proudly stand national and international athletes. Chairman Sadiq Khan Aduzai actively engaged in a tag ball match with the players at the National Academy, using the platform to rally the players to concentrate on their game.
His address resonated with a promise of unwavering support, ensuring provision of necessary equipment such as kits, balls, and bags. Emphasizing the pivotal role of youth in shaping the nation’s future, he reiterated the commitment to guide and empower them towards national and international recognition.
