Chinese FM to visit Pakistan : FO

Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson has announced Foreign Minister (FM) of China, Wang Yi will visit Pakistan. During his visit 6th Pakistan-China Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue will take place in Islamabad. Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Chinese foreign minister will co-chair 6th Pakistan-China Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue. Chinese FM is visiting Pakistan on the invitation of Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar which is aimed at further strengthening high level contacts and strategic cooperation between the two countries.
Both Pakistan and China will reiterate their pledge to support each other on core interests of the two countries. They will hold talks on further promoting the bilateral trade and economic cooperation.

FO spokesperson said this meeting will further deepen and stabilize bilateral relations between Pakistan and China. It will not only enhance development and prosperity in both the countries but will also strengthen regional peace and stability. This visit will serve as an important milestone for Pak-China relations. It is vital step` for protection of shared interests of both the countries and promotion of bilateral cooperation at international level.
