Supreme Court (SC) has adjourned hearing of 8 bail pleas of Imran Khan till Wednesday. The bail pleas came up for hearing before a 3-member bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi Tuesday. Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi while moving to counsel for Imran Khan has said you filed some documents yesterday and I could not review them and their review is must whatever the documents are. Advocate Suleman Safdar said there are only court’s decisions in the documents.
CJP remarked whatever they are, we want to review them. Give us only one day.
CJP remarked let us review documents. File it if you have to file some thing.
The court adjourned hearing of the case till 10.30 a.m Wednesday.
