Christmas Cake-Cutting Ceremony Held at Landikotal Police Station

LANDIKOTAL: A joyful Christmas cake-cutting ceremony was organized at the Landikotal Police Station in Khyber District to honor the Christian community and their upcoming festive season starting from December 25. The event was attended by Station House Officer(SHO) Adnan Afridi, additional SHO Malik Arif Afridi, additional SHO Azmat Wali Shinwari, Lady additional SHO Mehak Pervez Masih and a large number of Christian community members, including their leaders. Prayers were offered during the ceremony for the peace and prosperity and safety of the nation and to pay homage to the sacrifices of police martyrs. SHO Adnan Afridi, while addressing the gathering, assured that foolproof security arrangements would be in placed for the Christian community during their Christmas celebrations. He reiterated the police department’s commitment to protecting the lives and properties of all citizens, emphasizing the importance of fostering harmony and mutual respect among all communities. The Christian community leaders, including Malik Ghafar Masih, praised the efforts of SHO Adnan Afridi and the police department for their inclusive approach and dedication to ensuring a safe and festive atmosphere for everyone. They also lauded the police for building bridges between communities and promoting unity in the region. The ceremony ended on a positive note, symbolizing the police department’s efforts to strengthen ties with minority communities and reaffirming their commitment to upholding peace and equality.
