D.I.KHAN: Assistant Commissioner Syed Muhammad Arsalan took swift and decisive action on a complaint filed through the Pakistan Citizen Portal regarding a shop overcharging for stamp papers. According to officials, the shop was sealed immediately after it was discovered to be selling stamp papers at inflated rates. Moreover, the excess amount charged was refunded on the spot to the affected citizen, who expressed satisfaction over the timely intervention by the district administration. Speaking on the occasion, AC Syed Muhammad Arsalan reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to transparency and swift resolution of public grievances. “Ensuring prompt redressal of citizens’ issues and promoting transparency is our top priority. Public trust and convenience will be safeguarded at all costs,” he stated.
