CM Punjab accords approval to set up new Sahulat Bazars in province

Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Maryam Nawaz has accorded approval to set up new Sahulat Bazars (Weekly bazars) in the province.
CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz ordered to complete under construction projects of 13 new sahulat bazars soon. August has been fixed deadline in this regard.
Under the projects Sahulat Bazars will be established in Noshwhar Virkan, Burewala, Kabir wala, Sangla and Jalal Pur.
Decision has been taken in principal to set up additional Sahulat Bazars in Bahawalpur, Attock and Murree.
CM Punjab accorded approval to transfer Sahulat Bazars on solar energy. The consumption of electricity will reduce by 70 percent due to shifting sahulat bazars to solar energy.
The benefit to be accrued from reduction in consumption of electricity will be given to people by reducing the tariff.
Approval to over 69 crore funds has been accorded for transferring Sahulat Bazars to solar energy.
CM Punjab directed to remove hindrances in establishing Sahulat bazar in Jhelum, Muzaffargarh and Narowal.
She also ordered for completing demarcation process of land in connection with Sahulat Bazars in Murree, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawal Nagar and Attock.
