ISLAMABAD: Clash between president and secretary Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has prolonged amid the reports secretary has allegedly leveled new allegations against the president now. Secretary SCBA Suleman Mansoor while talking in Supreme Court (SC) said all the administrative offices of SCBA have been closed under the orders of president SCBA. He held president SCBA has issued order by telephone . President SCBA has illegally occupied all the offices. He has taken into his possession all the record of secretary office. There are orders of president that no order of secretary be complied with. SC had sought proposals from SCBA for amendment in rules. I had directed the office to issue circular. President SCBA has said no circular will be issued in the name of secretary. The control of secretariat is held by secretary. President is a symbolic post. It is better that president SCBA should play his role and let the secretary SCBA to play his role. Cold war between the two is running and both have been refuting the statements of each other.
