DI KHAN: Conservator of Forest, Southern Circle, Shafqat Munir here Friday inspected Gomal University plantation and directed field staff to involve local community at large scale imperative to achieve targets set for the second phase of billions trees project in the province. Divisional Forest Officer DI Khan, Suleman Khan briefed him about bare and tube nurseries, new plantations sites and strategies for ongoing spring campaign. The DFO said free plants were being distributed among farmers, general public and national building departments to bring maximum areas under forestry cover. APP
