“The process of reward and punishment within Capital City Police will continue. Officers who perform their duties with excellence will be encouraged through recognition and incentives, while those who show negligence will face disciplinary action,” he stated.
He urged all police personnel to continue their efforts against street crime, drug trafficking, and other criminal activities, adding that professional skills and performance are being closely monitored.
Dr. Ahmed expressed confidence in the capabilities of the police force and reiterated the department’s commitment to maintaining law and order. “The fight against crime and social evils must go on with the same spirit and dedication,” he said.
