RAW funding murder case
KARACHI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved the plea of accused persons for returning their national identity cards in RAW funding and murder case. The court rejected the plea for returning their mobile. The petitions were filed by Sibghat Ullah, Sheeraz and Talat from proscribed organizations. The accused had murdered a person in Punjab colony at behest of RAW. Indian funding and murder case came up for hearing in special court in Karachi central jail Anti Terrorism Complex. The jail authorities presented 3 terrorists of proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban in the court. The court rejected the plea for returning their mobiles to the accused. However court accepted the plea for returning the identity cards to the accused. Sibghat Ullah, Sheeraz and Talat from proscribed organization had filed petitions. The accused had murdered one person in Punjab colony at behest of RAW. The accused had obtained arms and money from Indian agency. The victim was charged with kidnapping Indian plane. Rangers prosecutor Rana Khalid had given the stance that forensic of mobile phones of the accused have to be got conducted therefore, these cannot be returned. There is no objection over returning of their identity cards to the accused persons. APP
