Court has approved bail after arrest plea of PTI leader Aliya Hamza in the case registered against her in airport police station. Judicial magistrate Qamar Abbas Tarar took up bail plea of Aliya Hamza for hearing Wednesday.
A penal of lawyers under Muhammad Faisal Malik appeared in the court on behalf of Aliya Malik. The court ordered to release Aliya Hamza against surety bond of rupees one lac . It is pertinent to mention here case against Aliya Hamza and five workers is registered in airport police station.
Police had arrested Aliya Hamza and other five PTI workers for blocking the roads during workers convention in airport area on Friday and threatening police.
Order was issued to transfer Aliya Hamza to Adiala jail on 14 days judicial remand.
Aaliya Hamza is kept in Jhelum jail at present and her surety bonds will be sent to Jhelum district jail.
