Nov 26 protest case
ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has extended interim bail of 3 MNAs of PTI in the cases related to November 26 protest. The bail pleas in connection with cases registered with regard to November 26 protest came up for hearing in ATC Islamabad led by judge Tahir Abbas Sipra. PTI MNAs including Sajid Khan, Fazal Muhammad Khan and Asif Khan appeared in the court during hearing of the case Wednesday.
Defence counsel told the court the bail pleas of other accused are fixed for May 5.
Judge Tahir Abbas remarked I had kept it separate so that the accused join the investigation. Now these petitions are clubbed with other petitions.
The court adjourned hearing of bail before arrest pleas till May 5.
Advocate Tallat Rizwan Sial appeared in the court on behalf of the accused persons.
It is to mention here that PTI MNAs are nominated in the case registered in police station Secretariat.
