Court approves bail plea of Gandapur till April 17

Bail plea of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has been approved till April 17 in Judicial complex vandalism case. The court has granted interim bail. CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur filed bail before arrest petition in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad. Ali Amin Gandapur appeared in the court of duty judge Raja Jawad Abbas being judge of ATC Abual Hasanat Zulqarnain on leave. The court approved bail plea of Ali Amin Gandapur till April 17 against the surety bonds in the sum of Rs 50000.
It is pertinent to mention here that vandalism in Judicial complex case is registered in police station CTD against Ali Amin Gandapur.
The defence counsel Raja Zahoor said during the hearing of the case Ali Ameen Gandapur is nominated in FIR but he has no role therein. He was not present on the occasion. 50 FIRs were registered against Ali Amin Gandpur and he was not allowed to reach the court.
