Money laundering case
LAHORE: Special Central Court (SCC) Lahore has approved one day exemption plea of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi in money laundering case. Judge Ishfaq Ahmad of SCC Lahore took up money laundering case against Pervaiz Elahi and others for hearing. Rana Furruakh advocate appeared on behalf of the accused persons. The court completed the attendance of the co-accused Farhan, Wajid Ali and others. The court approved one day exemption plea of Pervaiz Elahi . The court while seeking arguments on acquittal plea of Pervaiz Elahi adjourned the hearing of the case till May 20. It is pertinent to mention here FIA has already filed challan of the case in the court. Online
