Illegal appointments in PA case
LAHORE: Anti Corruption Court (ACC) Lahore has approved one day exemption from attendance plea of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Pervaiz Elahi in the case related to illegal appointments in Punjab Assembly (PA). Amir Saeed Ran counsel for Pervaiz Elahi took the plea in the court his client is unwell and the doctors have advised him to take complete rest. Therefore, it is requested to grant one day exemption from attendance. The court accepted the plea after hearing the arguments. During the hearing of the case Muhammad Khan Bhatti and other co-accused appeared in the court. They got completed their attendance. The court while giving time to co-accused for hiring services of lawyer adjourned the hearing of the case. Online
