Court dismisses interim bail of PTI two leaders Aliya Hamza, Umair Khan Niazi

Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has rejected interim bail of two leaders of PTI including Aliya Hamza and Umair Khan Niazi in November 26 protest case. Both the PTI leaders and their lawyers did not appear in the court.
Judge Amjid Ali Shah dismissed the interim bail pleas.
In second November 26 protest case 2 PTI workers were discharged from the case. The court ordered to send 38 PTI workers to jail on judicial remand. Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC issued the order. Bail pleas of 38 workers of PTI were filed.
The court while issuing notice to respondents adjourned the hearing. Hearing on bail after arrest pleas will take place on April 14.
Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the matter of one day physical remand in respect of 48 workers of PTI. The investigation officer requested the court to grant physical remand of the accused persons for further 10 days. The court rejected the plea of further 10 days physical remand.
48 workers of PTI were sent to jail on judicial remand. Sardar Masroof advocate appeared on behalf of PTI workers. Case against PTI workers is registered in police station Kohsar.
