Rs53 crore fraud case
KARACHI: Court of Additional district and sessions judge South Karachi has approved interim bail plea of actress Nadia Hussain and rejected bail pleas of other two accused Imtiaz Ahmad and Faisal in alleged 53 crore fraud case. The court announced decision on bail pleas of three accused. Soon after announcement of court’s decision the two accused Imtiaz Ahmad and Faisal escaped from the court room. The police present in court’s premises failed to arrest them. It is pertinent to mention here actress Nadia Hussain had filed interim bail petitions against surety bonds worth Rs 50000. The court accepted it. On the other side the accused Imtiaz Ahmad and Faisal are charged with committing the fraud of Rs 53 crore along with Atif Khan husband of actress Nadia Hussain. Earlier court has rejected bail plea of Atif Khan husband of Nadia Hussain. Online
