Court grants physical remand of 25 students for attempting to settle in UK on fake visas

ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has granted physical remand of 25 students for attempting to settle in UK on fake visas. The case for attempting to settle in UK on fake visas came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad Wednesday.
FIA presented 25 arrested students in the court of judicial magistrate Ahmad Shahzad Gondal.
The court handed over 25 arrested students to Anti human trafficking cell of FIA on 2 days physical remand.
The accused are charged with going to UK and attempting to settle therein by tempering passports.
The lawyers of accused argued in the court that arrested students are innocent. The real culprits are agents and FIA does not arrest them.
The investigation officer said in the court these are real beneficiary who try to go through game. They are students and not children who don’t know game is what.
The court later approved two days physical remand for investigation.
The accused will be presented in the court again on January 21.
