Faizabad protest case
ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) while maintaining warrants and proclaimed offender status of KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur in Faizabad protest case has ordered Islamabad Police to implement Peshawar High Court (PHC) decision. Judge Tahir Abbas Sial of ATC Islamabad took up for hearing Faizabad protest over Imran Khan disqualification case Thursday.
Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in the court.
The court started proceedings to declare Amir Mehmood Kiyani proclaimed offender.
PTI leader Faisal Javed filed his acquittal plea.
Judge said upon it decision will be announced today after hearing the arguments of prosecutor.
It is pertinent to mention here case against Ali Amin Gandapur, Faisal Javed and others is registered in police station I-9.
