ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad while maintaining non-bailalable arrest warrants of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has expressed resentment over non compliance of arrest warrants.
The court has sought explanation from DIG operations.
The court rejected the exemption from attendance plea of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court remarked you give exemption plea on every date. You don’t present the accused Ali Amin Gandapur.
Recovery of arms and liquor case against Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing in the court.
Senior civil judge Mubashar Hassan Chishti heard the case.
Counsel Raja Zahoor ul Hassan advocate appeared on behalf of Ali Amin Gandapur in the court.
The court rejected the exemption plea of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur said “ you should first decide the acquittal plea of the accused. Court’s order is there in this regard.
judge remarked you are wasting precious time of the court by filing exemption pleas. Warrants of the accused were issued several time. Compliance report is not being filed.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 29.
Case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered in police station Barakahu.
