Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary Nadeem Aslam Chaudhry on Saturday visited district Charsadda to monitor the provision free flour.
Nadeem Aslam reviewed the process of distribution of free wheat flour and security arrangements at the distribution points in the district.
District Police Officer ( DPO) Muhammad Arif and Deputy Commissioner Charsadda Adnan Farid Khan also were present on the occasion.
KP-CS paid visits to distribution points established at
Government College Prang and New Sabzi Mandi where distributed of free flour to Benazir Income Support Program beneficiaries were in progress.
He reviewed the process of distribution of free flour and instructed the officers to make the process of providing free flour to the beneficiaries better and easier.
He also reviewed the mobile software app and met the beneficiaries on the spot and gained awareness regarding the supply of flour.
DPO Charsada Muhammad Arif directed the police officers on security duty to create more facilities and ease in the process of providing free flour to the deserving people and to keep a close watch on the elements guilty of mismanagement.
Senior police officers also appealed to the public that the program of free flour distribution was only for the beneficiaries receiving assistance under the Benazir Income Support Program.
