PESHAWAR: A significant revelation has come to light in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where women have been found involved in various acts of terrorism. According to a report issued by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Tuesday, a total of 67 women have been implicated in terrorism-related incidents across seven districts of the province. Out of these, 49 women have already been arrested on terrorism charges, while four were killed during security operations. The report further states that 14 women are still wanted in connection with multiple terrorism cases. The involved women are linked to different banned organizations and have allegedly participated in terrorism planning, facilitation, and direct or indirect involvement in attacks. Security forces continue to conduct operations to apprehend the remaining suspects. APP
